Sapphire Living Care is a Greater Manchester housing provider. We work with landlords who want a fixed, predictable monthly rent, and we use their properties to provide stable homes for people who need them.

Sapphire Living Care was set up to solve both at once.
We take on suitable properties under fixed-term agreements, pay the landlord an agreed monthly rent, and manage those homes for the people who live in them. The landlord gets a predictable income and less day-to-day work. Residents get a safe, well-managed place to live.
